The Axe Factor Rules & Waiver Terms

Please review the following:

1. I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by The Axe Factor staff.

2. I acknowledge that participation in axe throwing activities can result in injury, and I assume all risks associated with the activity.

3. I confirm that I am in good physical health and fit to participate.

4. I acknowledge that The Axe Factor is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. I confirm that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and will not consume them before or during participation.

6. I understand that my image may be recorded for promotional purposes and consent to such use.

7. I accept the terms and conditions and confirm I have read the full waiver.

Golden Rules!

• Listen to the staff at all times

• Always pay attention and remain sensible

• Only throw forwards towards the target as instructed

• Never throw while someone else is in the axe throwing cage

• Always collect the axes in the way instructed by staff
