I can’t make the session, can I reschedule?

We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests according to the following policy: – Your booking can be rescheduled without charge if more than 7 days’ notice is given. – Rescheduling with at least 72 hours’ notice incurs a fee of £25 to cover costs. – Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice is not possible, and no refunds will be given.
