Can we walk in and play?
We always give priority to our pre-booked patrons. If we have availability, we’ll certainly fit you in, but we highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can we play today?
Absolutely, if there’s availability! Tickets are typically taken off sale three hours before the start time, but feel free to give us a call and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Can my group split across two lanes?
Absolutely! As part of the LevelUp Family, our team is experienced in handling large group bookings. If your group exceeds six people, we can easily split you across multiple lanes. And who knows, we might even arrange some Escape Rooms for you, offering the perfect blend of fun and immersion!
What is your capacity?
Each lane can accommodate up to 6 throwers, we currently have two lanes at The Axe Factor.
